This decision has implications for our customers who are currently utilising BT RedCare services and will need to move over to an alternative service provider to ensure their sites continue to be safeguarded.
What You Need To Do
If your sites currently use BT RedCare, you will need to find an alternative provider. Unfortunately, we can’t do this for you but will support you where we can as we continue our commitment to delivering exceptional security solutions.
We recommend that you transition to a new provider within ample time of the closure in order to facilitate a smooth transition and minimal disruption to your daily operations.
