How Does EV Charge Point Monitoring Work?

Once we receive a notification that there’s a fault with an EV charge point, the following steps will take place:
- A signal is received by RMS.
- One of our monitoring operatives will look into the issue and identify the source of the fault.
- They will then attempt to fix the issue remotely, if possible, and contact the key holder to inform them of the issue.
- If the issue can’t be resolved remotely, the monitoring team will inform the maintenance company responsible for the charge point, so that an engineer can be dispatched.
