Remote Patrol

Remote Patrol

Our remote patrolling service eliminates the need for on-site security patrol personnel or can be used for added support of an on-site team. Remote patrolling ensures to identify any suspicious behaviour, unwanted visitors and incidents, with the use of strategically placed cameras monitored by our team of operatives.

Having a Remote Patrol service in place gives an extra layer of security and the confidence that the site is being patrolled by a dedicated team who have the camera technology to pick up any activity a physical patrol warden may miss, due to not being in the right area at the right time.

Whatever the size of the site, our bespoke Remote Patrol service can be implemented to meet the needs, wants and requirements of the client. We also take into account their ways of operating and are extremely flexible in our approach, with opportunities to scale as and when needed.

Whether it’s hourly or daily remote patrols, interior or external, day or night, our team will be monitoring the site via video-based patrols to improve the sites overall security with a particular focus on the identified vulnerable areas.

Benefits of Remote Patrol

  • Improve overall site security
  • Flexible & scalable approach
  • Cost-effective
  • Rapid response & notification if activity detected
  • Professional, honest & transparent service
  • Coverage of all vulnerable areas

How Remote Patrol Works

By using the strategically placed cameras within the CCTV network, our remote patrol operatives can log into a system and view the camera network. They will then be able to conduct video-based patrols that will provide improved consistency, based on the client’s requirements such as lighting, system and gates and barrier checks.

Our operatives are highly trained and will also be able to carry out tasks and checks on specific items, usually assigned to a physical patrol warden, during the remote patrols. These could consist of:

  • Inspections
  • Recording details
  • Making announcements
  • Escalating issues to the keyholder and/or authorities.
