RMS is delighted to confirm that our NSI accreditation has been expanded to include compliance with BS9518.
BS9518 which relates to the processing of alarm signals by an alarm receiving centre was released in July 2021 with compliance required from July 2022. Through a gap analysis & project implementation plan, RMS were able to implement the changes required to ensure compliance and to be assessed by an NSI auditor in June 2022.
Daniel Tolliver, RMS Manager had this to say, “I am delighted that RMS has been assessed and deemed compliant for the new BS9518 standard. Our continuing compliance with the British Standards demonstrates that we are focused on delivering to the highest standard for our customers”.
