Being the customer of the ARC has provided valuable experience and offered an insight into how the ARC/Installer relationship can be improved. Daniel has 14 years’ experience in remote monitoring, 12 years with RMS. Having worked as an operator and supervisor with the monitoring department before becoming manager, Daniel understands remote monitoring of sites passionately. Starting his career as a Sales Consultant, Matthew soon progressed to senior level roles and now has an enviable 17 years’ experience in the fire and security industry. Utilising this extensive industry knowledge, Matthew’s focus is to develop sector-driven sales strategies and mentor a highly trained and knowledgeable sales team to deliver profitable sales income for the group.
